MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PLAN

During monthly maintenance visits, the following items will be addressed:

• Check elevator fault log for re-occurring problems
• Inspect hoist machines for proper operation and fluid levels
• Check hoist motors for proper brush wear
• Inspect controllers for proper operation, loose connections, hot spots
• Check ride quality of elevator
• Check for proper door operation
• Check door re-open devices
• Verify emergency signal devices
• Record all maintenance items performed on the maintenance log located in the elevator machine room.
