Delaware Elevator Inc. provides maintenance, safety tests, repairs, and callback service in the following states: Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Florida.

We maintain all types of manufacturerÕs equipment including but not limited to Virginia Controls, Otis, Thyssen-Krupp, Kone, Elevator Controls, Motion Controls, and Computerized Elevator Controls. We provide service to various types of buildings including hospitals, condominiums, apartments, hotels, industrial plants, nursing homes, schools, retirement homes, office buildings, military bases, government buildings, marine vessels, and more.

Delaware Elevator provides 24-hour emergency callback service for our valued customers. Our Supervisors and Managers can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our main facility in Salisbury, Maryland includes 40,000 sq. ft. of building space in order to maintain a large inventory of elevator equipment and parts.

We also have additional space set aside at each branch location. This allows for a quicker turn around time for your elevators to be repaired and placed back in working condition.
