Repairs - Repairs are scheduled in advance with customers for their convenience.

Safety Tests - Annual testing of elevator equipment is included in our full maintenance contract. We also coordinate and schedule with QEI Inspectors if necessary.

Free 24 hour answering service - We provide answering service 24 hours a day/7 days a week at no additional charge to the customer.

Service Reports - We can provide copies of reported service calls or repairs if requested.

Free estimate for repairs and long term budgets - If you need long term budgets for your Association or building for future planning, we can provide at no charge.

Increases - Our contracts limit the amount of annual increases, and are lower than our competitors.

Terms of contract - We offer several terms of contracts to fit your need including 5, 10, & 20 year contracts.
