Delaware Elevator's mission is to achieve our full potential in the vertical transportation industry. We will achieve this through continuous improvements in our products, training, management, and customer service. We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and employees, making their safety and welfare our first priority.

MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

Delaware Elevator, Inc. pledges to its employees that as long as the affairs of this company are in our hands, the following principles will govern our actions with employees.

DEI employees and their welfare are very important to the success of our company. We always put safety first. We believe it is the company's duty to provide you with as safe and friendly workplace as we possibly can. For your protection, we have developed an in-house safety program, which includes training and inspection procedures. We also have wellness, and self-help programs to assure you can depend on your co-workers at all times.

All employees are members of our company team. We recognize that the skills and efforts made by each employee have added to our success as a company. It is our policy to work with all members of our team in a fair and friendly manner and to treat each team member with dignity and respect at all times.

The management of DEI will work continually, for the benefit of our present and prospective customers and employees, to improve the competitive position of our company. This will enable us to provide excellent jobs for our team members now and in the future. .
